Statement
Veronika states, "As an artist, I am frequently asked about the significance and meaning of my work. To this I like to say that I use my perception in creating images which have a special meaning to me, but I leave the interpretation to those who view my work. I feel each individual's impression of the piece is equally important as mine. Each viewer brings his own life experiences and extracts his own meaning from the work. Art allows you to get in touch with your innermost feelings. Because of this, it speaks differently to all of us. It is essential to allow solitude and time to listen to what it communicates."
Veronika's work is indicative of life's journeys: with its positives and negatives, happiness and sadness, its beauty, its harmony, its lightness and its darkness.
She has been showing her work in numerous exhibitions and has won many awards. Her art can be found in many private collections throughout the United States, Germany and the Philippines.
